Bakre Yesufu, of Rossington Street, E5, named as deceased
A man who is believed to have been assaulted in Upper Clapton has died, police say.
Officers said the 47-year-old man, who has been named as Bakre Yesufu, of Rossington Street, Clapton, E5, suffered a serious head wound following a suspected assault at 4.10pm on 10 July.
Two men were arrested in connection with the investigation and were subsequently charged.
