A Hackney teenager has been charged with murder after a man was stabbed in Homerton on Sunday morning.
Police have named the victim of the knife attack as 39-year-old Jerome Scott of Blythe Road in Walthamstow.
Scott was found with stab wounds at an address in Morning Lane and died a short while later in hospital.
A post-mortem examination carried out on yesterday gave cause of death as a stab wound to the chest.
Chevaughn Chin, 18, of Morning Lane, has been charged with his murder and will appear at Thames Magistrates Court today.
