Alain de Botton, fresh from launching his London-based School of Life, is coming to Hackney. The author of The Consolations of Philosophy and How Proust Can Change Your Life, talks about his latest book, The Pleasures and Sorrows of Work. He’s coming to Hackney to talk about work and the bohemian ethic. This event will be at the Round Chapel hall so that up to 180 people can come – spread the word.
